The Role:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, based out of our fabrication shop in Guelph, ON
- Assist the fabrication team with cutting, grinding, and preparing components and materials
- Assist with light welding, tacking, and fitting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fabrication area
- Support inventory, deliveries, and other general shop duties, as required
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role - industrial, construction, manufacturing, or multi-trade environments considered an asset
- Experience operating basic hand and power tools (grinders, drills, metal-cutting tools, etc.)
- Arc welding experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
