The Role:
- Act as a Master on record for the company
- Price electrical service work and generate BOM’s
- Work with the internal recruitment team to hire Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices as required to build an electrical field team
- Execute work in the field, on tools, as required in order to build the foundational team
- Establish electrical service rate sheet
- Build relationships with electrical wholesalers
- Work with purchasing to establish electrical supply chain and processes
- Work with finance team to build budget and forecasting processes
- Implement and maintain safety protocols
- Provide mentorship to field staff
- Licenced 309A or 442A, and Master Electrician
- 8+ years of industrial experience
- 5+ years of quoting and estimating experience
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing electricians across multiple levels
- Experience managing service operations, including scheduling, job costing, and profitability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company professionally in all interactions
- Proficient with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and ESA requirements
- Highly organized with effective time management
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
