The Role
Working out of our head office in Puslinch, ON, the Recruiter will report directly to the HR Manager. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of our field roles, in addition to day-to-day office support:

The Role
Working out of our head office in Puslinch, ON, the Recruiter will report directly to the HR Manager. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of our field roles, in addition to day-to-day office support:
Recruiting:
- Talent sourcing and pipeline management
- Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates, and external partners (i.e. schools, agencies)
- Candidate screening and interviews
- Prepare and send job offers
- Conduct onboarding tasks and new hire orientations
- Coordinate safety training and required certifications
- Assist with planning company events and employee engagement initiatives
- Sales support (i.e. cold calling, scheduling meetings)
- Support ongoing improvements to HR and recruiting processes, policies, and systems
- Benefits administration
- Maintain office supplies and SWAG
- Other duties as assigned

- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new applications
- Proactive with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Valid drivers licence and able to work full-time in-office
